Comme pour ceux que j'ai illustrés de
Raiponce,
Rebelle et
Les Mondes de Ralph, il s'agit d'un roman émaillé d'illustrations en noir et blanc.
Le procédé étant peu créatif et libre, je ne me suis guère amusé à travailler sur ce livre, et malgré la sympathie que m'inspire le duo
Bob et
Sully, je ne suis pas non plus parvenu à me passionner pour cette prequel que je n'attends pas particulièrement et qui n'apporte rien à mon sens au premier opus.
J'en profite pour annoncer que le livre que je devais illustrer dans un mon style sur
La Reine des Neiges , le prochain
Disney, ne verra pas le jour puisque j'ai été écarté du projet après 3 mois d'attente et de développement sur le graphisme et les couvertures. Il semble qu'on ait émis des réserves sur mon style graphique et j'ai donc été malheureusement remplacé. Attendant ce film avec une grande impatience, je suis donc très frustré, tant en tant que fan que d'un point de vue professionnel.
Je partagerai donc ce que j'ai fait en ligne quand le moment sera venu...

As for those I have illustrated like Tangled/Rapunzel, Brave and Wreck-it Ralph, this is a novel interspersed with illustrations in black and white.
The process being somewhat not so creative or free, I didn't have much fun working on this book, and despite the sympathy I feel for the duo Mike and Sully, I was not able to get excited about this prequel which I'm not particularly waiting for and which I think it doesn't add anything interesting to the first movie.
I take the opportunity to announce that the book I had to illustrate in my own art style of upcoming Disney's Frozen will not see the day since I've been excluded from the project after 3 months of waiting and development on graphics and covers . It seems some had some concerns about my graphic style and so I was sadly replaced. Waiting for this movie with great anticipation, I am very frustrated, as much as a fan than a professional point of view.
